2. Delivery Times

Standard Delivery

30-45 minutes during regular hours

Peak Hours (12-2 PM, 7-9 PM)

45-60 minutes due to high demand

Weather Conditions

Additional 15-30 minutes during heavy rain or adverse weather

3. Delivery Charges

  • Orders above ₹300: Free delivery
  • Orders ₹200-₹299: ₹30 delivery charge
  • Orders below ₹200: ₹50 delivery charge
  • Express delivery: Additional ₹20 (20-30 minutes)

4. Operating Hours

Monday - Friday

10:00 AM - 11:00 PM

Saturday - Sunday

10:00 AM - 11:30 PM

5. Delivery Guidelines

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Provide accurate and complete address with landmarks
  • Ensure your phone is reachable during delivery
  • Be available at the delivery location
  • Have exact change ready for cash on delivery orders
  • Check your order upon delivery

6. Contactless Delivery

For your safety, we offer contactless delivery:

  • Food is left at your doorstep
  • Delivery partner maintains safe distance
  • Payment confirmation via SMS/app notification
  • Photo confirmation of delivery location

7. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address or customer unavailable
  • Phone unreachable after multiple attempts
  • Refusal to accept order

Note: Failed deliveries may incur additional charges for re-delivery attempts.
