Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order:

  • Before preparation: Full refund within 5-7 business days
  • During preparation: Cancellation may not be possible
  • After dispatch: Cancellation not allowed

Note: Orders can typically be cancelled within 2-3 minutes of placement.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled before preparation begins
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Food quality issues (spoiled, contaminated, or inedible)
  • Significant delay in delivery (over 60 minutes from estimated time)
  • Order not delivered

3. Refund Process

Step 1: Report the Issue

Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery

Step 2: Investigation

Our team will investigate the issue and may request photos or additional information

Step 3: Resolution

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

4. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed through:

  • Original Payment Method: Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking
  • Wallet Credits: Instant credit to your Bangalore Food Company wallet
  • Bank Transfer: For cash on delivery orders (requires bank details)

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Customer unavailable for delivery
  • Taste preferences (unless food is inedible)
  • Delivery delays due to weather or traffic conditions

6. Partial Refunds

In cases where only part of your order has issues, we may provide partial refunds for the affected items only.
